📋 Description

• Monitor fraud alerts and investigate potentially fraudulent transactions and account activity • Analyze suspicious behaviors and identify fraud trends and patterns • Verify fraud activity by contacting cardholders and financial institutions • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications related to fraud, lost cards, stolen cards, and account concerns • Review and manage fraud-related tickets, requests, and escalations • Collaborate with fraud operations, card services, payments, and dispute teams • Support fraud prevention initiatives and process improvements • Serve as an escalation point for more complex fraud cases • Maintain detailed records and documentation of investigations and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to confidently handle phone conversations with customers and financial institutions • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Fraud investigation, fraud operations, or risk management experience preferred • Banking, payments, financial services, or fintech experience preferred • Experience working with CRM or case management systems preferred • SQL knowledge for research and data analysis preferred • Experience supporting customers in a call center or operations environment preferred • Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays, supporting a 24/7/365 operation • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
