📋 Description

• Serve as the primary bank-facing point of contact for assigned functional workstreams • Confirm project scope and explain the conversion approach, timeline, bank responsibilities, and dependencies • Identify requirements, decisions, dependencies, and bank-specific considerations using project artifacts • Maintain the functional delivery plan, including milestones, decisions, dependencies, risks, owners, and unresolved issues • Lead or coordinate recurring status discussions and translate specialist updates into decisions, responsibilities, and next steps • Drive bank readiness for training, testing, conversion, and operational transition to NuPoint • Coordinate go-live coverage, transition support, exception handling, and escalation • Confirm completion of assigned functional responsibilities and track post-conversion items • Support handoff to Customer Experience • Coordinate implementation workstreams through post-conversion stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree • Banking operations knowledge and/or experience required • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience • Team and/or project management experience preferred • Mathematical skills • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Reasoning skills • Computer skills – MS-Office suite of products • Leadership skills • Managerial skills • Administrative skills • Analytical skills • Networking skills • Organization and time management skills • Abilities of persuasion and negotiation • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
