📋 Description

• Manage world-class onboarding and implementation experiences for Square sellers • Ensure accountability to go-live timelines and accelerate deal velocity • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product • Resolve obstacles through stakeholder communications and scalable strategies • Master Square’s platform, products, integrations, and ecosystem • Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities • Create and maintain training materials for internal teams and external partners • Execute data entry and migration tasks for selected sellers • Conduct virtual consultations and training for merchants • Advise on hardware, software, operations, staff training, menu building, and hardware installation • Perform occasional onsite merchant training and hardware installation • Configure customer accounts and optimize menu setup

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably • 4-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success • Ability to drive and manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously • Strong time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven success delivering multiple complex projects in the technology industry with external and internal clients • Previous project management experience • Must be located in PST/MST time zone • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish • Experience in POS, Payments or Tech industries is a plus • Experience in hardware installation and network configuration is a plus
