📋 Description

• Lead medium to large-scale implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and customer handoff • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and timeline commitments • Serve as the primary customer advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle • Configure software solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives • Independently deliver virtual and onsite training programs • Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies • Partner with Support, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to resolve issues • Monitor project scope, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive adoption and satisfaction • Mentor and support Implementation Specialist I team members • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products and implementation processes • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and team development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 3-5 years of software implementation, onboarding, project management, training, or related experience • Experience managing multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Up to 90% travel for onsite implementations, customer meetings, or company events, as required • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
