📋 Description

• Guide sellers to start transacting with Square quickly and confidently • Deliver high-quality onboarding and implementation experiences for SMB and mid-market sellers • Lead seller-facing scoping and onboarding calls • Deliver tailored training content and support sellers after they begin transacting • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant product features and releases • Execute onboarding best practices and escalate complex product or technical needs • Manage 20–30 sellers simultaneously and ensure successful completion of each onboarding engagement • Identify onboarding blockers and escalate them to senior team members or cross-functional partners • Document process gaps, propose refinements, and share observations from seller engagements • Maintain proactive seller communication and onboarding trackers with milestones, target dates, and next steps • Help sellers complete launch requirements and confirm readiness before go-live • Use AI to improve the seller experience and enhance internal processes • Share best practices with peers and contribute to team culture • Keep product knowledge current and support POS, Online, and integrations knowledge areas • Participate in internal meetings, training, roadmap updates, and optimization discussions • Escalate product, process, or policy issues and assist with routine internal or client concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Full language proficiency in English and any second language, preferably Spanish • 2–4+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, account management, customer support, or customer success • Relevant industry experience in restaurant, services, or retail is a plus • Demonstrated strong performance and consistency in onboarding work, including metrics, CSAT, responsiveness, and quality • Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with reliable delivery • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professionalism in client and stakeholder interactions • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn; ability to apply feedback quickly • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Comfort operating through change and ambiguity with appropriate support • Familiarity with project management practices • Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools such as Looker and Salesforce is a plus • Strong understanding and consistent usage of AI tools and platforms
