📋 Description

• Envision and design desired end states in digital systems or products across multiple business lines, meeting business goals and end-user needs • Implement user-centered design methods and design thinking throughout the product development lifecycle • Partner with Solution Architects and Application Developers to promote user experience standards and industry best practices • Explore user-centered design concepts through whiteboard sessions, wireframes and usability studies • Gather end-user feedback and continually improve the customer experience • Develop and review functional and end-user requirements with Application Development • Ensure the final look and feel of digital systems or products meets end-user experience expectations • Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; identify issues requiring escalation • Promote a diverse environment that reflects the Bank brand • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory action points • Complete other related duties as assigned • Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, Product Managers and Software Engineers to solve complex challenges and craft intuitive, innovative products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years technical experience, including a minimum of 3 years professional experience in user interface, user experience and/or interaction design; or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years technical experience, with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in user interface, user experience and/or interaction design • Strong proficiency using pertinent illustration, photo-editing, word processing and presentation software • Strong project management skills and techniques • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent visualization skills • Proven experience interacting with various multi-disciplinary teams of professionals • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Design, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction or User Experience • Preferred: Prior experience demonstrating innovative thinking, valuing good design, and working with stakeholders to deliver results • Preferred: Ability to deal with ambiguity and leverage design to clarify abstract ideas • Preferred: Proficiency in software design, development, and prototyping methods and tools • Preferred: Proficiency in industry best practices for desktop, mobile and web applications • Preferred: Background/work experience in the financial industry • Preferred: Expertise in creating use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, scenarios and wireframes in product development • Preferred: Experience with accessibility standards, cross-platform issues, mobile user interfaces and systems-thinking
