📋 Description

• Maintain and improve TeamFicient's website • Fix Find My Match so results reflect real-time Ready-to-Hire availability • Produce and stage three design proposals for the High Level Roles page redesign • Build a new Internal Services page according to the approved scope • Perform website health checks and resolve technical issues • Monitor and improve technical and on-page SEO • Maintain separation between staging and production environments • Execute the fixed-scope project independently from end to end • Coordinate with IT agents and management through progress touchpoints and check-ins as needed • Submit an RFQ with the proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack or front-end web development experience on the current CMS/stack • Practical technical and on-page SEO experience • Experience safely managing staging versus production environments • UI/design proposal experience preferred as a good-to-have • Website compliance/accessibility remediation experience preferred as a good-to-have • Portfolio of relevant, comparable work • RFQ covering proposed work, approach, inclusions/exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total cost, additional/recurring costs, required TeamFicient support, risks, limitations, and assumptions • Willingness to sign an NDA and Project Agreement before receiving full project details and credentials • Willingness to undergo a background check
