• Receive requests from Pre-Construction and Construction Managers for contracts, work orders, and purchase orders • Vet requests for compliance with the Spend & Transaction Policy and legal requirements • Prepare and submit contract and purchase order requests on behalf of project managers • Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies • Develop relationships with client contract management, procurement, and third-party personnel • Maintain contractual records and documentation, including correspondence, contact information, changes, status reports, executed documents, and other project records • Oversee Service Level Agreement compliance • Coordinate with the cost management group on cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation • Organize and maintain electronic and physical project documents and team processes • Support project coordination duties and perform other duties as assigned
• Strong understanding of contracting processes, contract issues, and design, procurement, and construction regulations, terms, and conditions • Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements and terms and conditions • Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and company objectives • Effective written and oral communication skills • Ability to collaborate consistently with team members and clients • Ability to build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients • Dependable, diligent, and thorough work style • Creativity and resourcefulness when managing projects within compressed timeframes • Minimum of five years of experience in a contract administration role in a corporate environment • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM) preferred • Design/construction experience preferred, including experience gained through industry work, internships, or cooperative education programs • CCM or PMP certification preferred
