📋 Description

• Support project managers with project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities • Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables • Maintain project records, databases, documentation, and status updates • Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and customers • Support issue and risk management and help drive timely resolution of project concerns • Prepare reports, analyze project data, and provide administrative support for project initiatives • Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and Adobe Pro • Strong understanding of Excel basic formulas, formatting, and functionality • Comfort performing repetitive tasks • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume requests with aggressive deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple databases and reporting mechanisms • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience supporting projects, programs, or cross-functional business initiatives • Experience maintaining databases, reports, and documentation • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience • Intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience • College or equivalent degree preferred • Knowledge of Salesforce, BMS, BPTS, CPQ, OIP, or similar systems is a plus • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
