📋 Description

• Deliver actionable talent acquisition insights and analytics supporting workforce and hiring decisions • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate data into recruiting recommendations • Develop and enhance scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting • Conduct market and talent intelligence analyses for critical hiring initiatives • Monitor project milestones, performance metrics, risks, and resource utilization • Evaluate recruiting partnerships, technology investments, and program effectiveness for ROI • Collaborate with HR technology and analytics teams to improve systems, processes, and reporting • Champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience • Manage project components and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred experience supporting business reviews through scorecards, operational performance reporting, presentations, and executive-ready insights • Preferred expertise in developing self-service dashboards and reporting solutions • Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and reporting methodologies • Preferred ability to conduct labor market and talent intelligence research • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIT, and global stakeholders • Strong project management practices, including risk management and compliance • Experience analyzing technology adoption, utilization metrics, operational performance indicators, and partnership ROI is preferred • Strong analytical and consulting capability • Proven effectiveness managing project components and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex HR or Talent Acquisition environments • Strong digital and technology aptitude • Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or a directly related field, or equivalent experience, are preferred
