• Lead quoting and project management activities for new Wabtec partnership Marine programs within the CSSNA DBU. • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate cost proposals and coordinate delivery schedules supporting program commitments. • Plan, schedule, and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project quotations, scope, and milestone status. • Manage the full program lifecycle, including prototype development, installation, commissioning, transition to production release, and subsequent deliveries. • Independently manage assigned projects or programs and coordinate activities to meet project objectives. • Engage and align cross-functional teams, customers, and external stakeholders. • Identify project risks, issues, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies. • Facilitate discussions and provide recommendations during project conflicts or escalations. • Support a compliant and collaborative project environment.
• College, university, or equivalent degree required. • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required. • Experience in prototype cost analysis and/or manufacturing cost estimation. • Preferred experience in shipbuilding programs and/or execution within large subcontractor or tiered supplier environments. • Working knowledge of Product Compliance and Regulatory frameworks applicable to defense programs, including FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, cybersecurity, and applicable industry standards. • Demonstrated experience managing supply timelines for government and defense-related equipment. • Demonstrated experience enforcing disciplined project execution, including proactive follow-up, escalation when required, and accountability for scope, schedule, and deliverables. • Proven experience working on U.S. Government programs requiring Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) designation and compliance with applicable information protection and cybersecurity requirements. • Advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, specifications, and configuration documentation. • Solid understanding of government contract requirements, including deliverables, documentation standards, and compliance obligations. • Proven capability to manage configuration changes, revisions, and contract modifications throughout the project lifecycle. • Familiarity with quality and testing processes, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), inspections, and required documentation packages. • Ability to effectively utilize and adapt to multiple project management tools and customer-preferred systems. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned projects or programs, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and deliverables. • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills. • Experience engaging and aligning cross-functional teams, customers, and external stakeholders. • Ability to identify project risks, issues, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies. • Ability to facilitate conflict-resolution discussions and provide objective recommendations. • Microsoft Project proficiency. • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
