📋 Description

• Analyze the client’s real estate portfolio and develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term operational and financial goals • Collaborate with the C&W platform, service line functions, and client stakeholders to develop solutions and drive approval and implementation • Lead and facilitate meetings to obtain direction, alignment, and buy-in • Support efforts to leverage insights, collaboration, and delivery to drive product innovation • Support client annual planning, budget development, and decisions • Provide summary analyses, write and coordinate client reports and deliverables, and manage quality control review • Gather, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to translate raw inputs into structured insights • Use AI tools to drive efficiency in data analysis and delivery while remaining accountable for accuracy • Support analytical approaches, frameworks, and comparative analyses evaluating current-state conditions and future-state scenarios • Synthesize information into summaries and draft content for client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations • Prepare materials for interviews, workshops, feedback sessions, meetings, and stakeholder activities • Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, tracking inputs, and ensuring accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions • Assist with scenario-based and comparative analyses for portfolio optimization, consolidation, expansion, or site selection initiatives • Analyze real estate, labor, and risk considerations using internal data and market insight to support location-based recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification required • 2-4 years of relevant experience • Bilingual Spanish-English required • Foundational knowledge of consulting delivery models and strategy processes, including problem framing, scoping, and evidence-based recommendations • Experience analyzing and presenting data using Excel, PowerPoint, AI, and basic BI or visualization tools • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data quality considerations, and limits of inference • Ability to collaborate within project teams, integrate feedback, and manage shared work effectively • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze defined problems and identify key assumptions or gaps • Basic project planning skills, including effort estimation, progress tracking, and risk identification • Ability to organize inputs into clear outlines, summaries, and coherent storylines • Applicable understanding of commercial real estate practices strongly preferred • Strong background and proven experience with portfolio strategy / planning • Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, as well as financial modeling • Ability to handle large amounts of data, identify key information, and provide insightful recommendations with minimal direction • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information • Superior understanding of business concepts and ability to creatively apply these to varying client needs • Ability to influence and manage clients using relationship building, communication, and leadership skills • Quality engagement of clients, partners and prospects; maintain professional, positive, well-documented client communications
