📋 Description

• Prepare agendas and develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project and project phase • Keep building management apprised of project progress • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, property/facility management, and project teams across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases • Assist with selecting, contracting, and overseeing consultants and construction teams • Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; confer with clients and property management regarding costs and impacts • Support marketing services to clients as requested • Adhere to corporate, building, client, government, building code, and safety policies and regulations • Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals • Report major problems, findings, results, and recommendations to the immediate supervisor • Advise management and obtain approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards • Continuously improve skills and maintain up-to-date field knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Architecture • Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity • Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees • MEP design engineering management experience • Client focus • Oral and written communication proficiency • Relationship management • Leadership • Multitasking • Technical proficiency • Consultation • Organization skills • Time management
