📋 Description

• Develop bid packages with statements of work, service levels, KPIs, and pricing matrices • Facilitate RFP activity, including loading RFPs into e-sourcing tools, transmitting RFPs to suppliers, facilitating site tours, and coordinating supplier questions • Manage and negotiate Certificate of Insurance thresholds for designated client accounts • Support supplier audits and ensure use of preferred/approved suppliers, contract templates, and related tools • Manage supplier onboarding and proposals • Assist in evaluation presentations to stakeholders • Coordinate supplier contract preparation using templates and processes • Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure compliance with C&W and client policies • Review service agreement terms and conditions and engage Legal and Risk Departments when necessary • Store supplier contracts in the contract repository • Maintain records and workflow tracking for multiple concurrent sourcing events • Research and analyze the supply base for diverse suppliers, supplier consolidation, and service-level improvements • Utilize AI for meeting notes, scope-of-work building, and other daily activities • Conduct internal and external customer meetings professionally • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Two+ years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent experience desired • Knowledge of legal aspects of contract terms and implications • Ability to prepare amendments and explain contract specifics to stakeholders • Excel and PowerPoint expertise • Strong analytical and presentation skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle competing priorities • Stakeholder/customer relationship management and effective communication with all levels of management • Understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes • Proficiency with e-Sourcing and contract management systems • Proficiency with Excel data analysis, reporting, and project management • Familiarity with AI-powered e-sourcing, vendor management, or contract lifecycle management platforms • Ability to interpret AI-generated insights for sourcing strategies, negotiation planning, and supplier evaluations • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Facility Management environments desired
