📋 Description

• Originate new middle market banking relationships throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey • Identify, develop, and convert prospective clients into Customers Bank relationships • Execute a proactive business development strategy targeting privately held middle market companies • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new client relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic calling efforts • Build trusted advisor relationships with business owners and executive management teams • Conduct comprehensive discovery conversations to understand each prospect's needs • Partner with Relationship Managers and Product Specialists to develop customized solutions • Coordinate internal resources to efficiently onboard new relationships • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities • Participate in community and industry organizations to enhance the Bank's visibility • Monitor market conditions and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 15+ years of related work experience • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial banking and treasury products • Completion of formal credit training • Strong C&I calling background • Experience in building and maintaining internal and external partnerships • Ability to source new prospect and referral source relationships • Ability to review and analyze financial information • Excellent written and oral communications • Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications • Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement
