📋 Description

• Support the full private pay billing lifecycle, including pre-billing, invoice generation, and post-billing activities • Research and update patient insurance information for accurate claim submission and billing • Review accounts to identify and resolve billing discrepancies • Support weekly invoice generation through account validation, Accounts Receivable reconciliation, and invoice quality reviews • Process account corrections through rebilling and adjustment procedures • Partner with Customer Service to research and resolve customer concerns • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve account issues and improve billing accuracy • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies, HIPAA requirements, and data privacy standards • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare billing • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel • High school diploma or GED • Dedicated, private, professional workspace free from distractions • Quiet work environment suitable for business conversations and virtual meetings • Reliable internet connectivity • Compliance with company security, privacy, data protection, and HIPAA requirements • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality when accessing PHI and confidential customer information
