📋 Description

• Formulate pricing strategy for PBM client contracts • Execute financial modeling of comprehensive pricing offers covering retail network, mail order, specialty, and pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates • Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services on pricing and negotiation strategy • Provide recommendations to achieve revenue and profitability targets for new business growth and margin retention • Analyze large sets of pharmacy claims data using advanced Excel modeling techniques • Build forward-looking financial forecasts and profit and loss statements • Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during Executive Underwriting Approval Calls • Respond to financial questions in real time • Support Underwriting Managers and Senior Managers with ad-hoc financial analyses and client implementation projects • Communicate client pricing to internal and external partners • Execute and implement evolving pricing strategies in response to market dynamics • Minimize service warranties and performance guarantee payouts

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years’ financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Excel in complex data analysis • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent work experience • Basic knowledge of PBM finance • Experience managing complex projects over 3-12 months in a matrix environment • Advanced Excel modelling • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups • Master's Degree preferred • Ability to interact with others in a professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills
