📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications • Build responsive, user-centric frontends and robust backend services • Architect and implement interactive dashboards and accessible data visualizations • Design secure, scalable APIs and integration layers • Connect applications with data objects, enterprise databases, and third-party platforms • Integrate AI/ML technologies, large language models, generative AI, and predictive analytics into products • Develop intelligent features that automate workflows and provide advanced data synthesis • Drive continuous delivery and cloud-native best practices • Architect, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Infrastructure as Code • Establish standards for monitoring, logging, and performance profiling • Serve as the escalation point for complex full-stack production issues and lead root-cause analysis • Mentor frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers • Establish coding standards and reusable design patterns • Collaborate with product leadership to groom the backlog and shape the technical roadmap • Optimize Payer Operations by enriching Payer metadata, automating Payer lifecycle contracts, and measuring Payer performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications • Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue • Experience with complex state management and data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or Highcharts • Deep expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go • Ability to design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Experience with ORMs and integrating complex, high-volume data feeds into application layers • Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic into software products • Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases • Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions • Excellent ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical teams and business stakeholders • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling • Preferred: familiarity with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ • Preferred: experience with DevSecOps practices and data compliance
