📋 Description

• Build next-generation digital health platforms and deliver use cases into products that help people live healthier lives • Create Proofs of Concept to address customer challenges • Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers • Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and quality guidelines • Coordinate with team members, provide technical insights and contribute to decision-making • Adopt best practices, new technologies and tools to improve productivity, efficiency and code quality • Participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews, tech talks and workshops • Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality • Provide expert-level support, resolve complex issues and provide root-cause analysis • Identify gaps in the current digital ecosystem and develop performance-enhancing solutions • Guide and mentor junior developers • Partner with business and IT leaders to build digital assets and drive delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment • 5+ years of Java development experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies • 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs • 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment • 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Preferred: health and wellness domain experience • Preferred: hands-on full stack development experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle and modern databases such as NoSQL • Preferred: understanding of Generative AI concepts and techniques, including NLP, text generation and summarization, conversational AI and chatbots • Preferred: hands-on experience developing user-facing features and/or applications • Preferred: ability to create and execute roadmaps that balance progress, innovation and reliable scaling • Preferred: ability to learn/work with emerging Cloud/IT technologies, methodologies and solutions • Preferred: ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and build relationships
