📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications • Build responsive frontends, robust backend services, secure REST and GraphQL APIs, and integration layers • Architect interactive dashboards and data visualizations • Connect applications with enterprise databases, diverse data objects, and third-party platforms • Integrate AI/ML technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and predictive analytics • Build advanced MFT automations with orchestration, intelligent error handling, monitoring, and self-service capabilities • Drive continuous delivery and cloud-native practices • Architect, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and Infrastructure as Code • Establish monitoring, logging, and performance profiling standards • Serve as escalation point for complex full-stack production issues and lead root-cause analysis • Mentor frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers • Establish coding standards and reusable design patterns • Collaborate with product leadership to groom the backlog and shape the technical roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications • Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue • Experience with complex state management and data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or Highcharts • Deep expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go • Ability to design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Experience with ORMs and integrating complex, high-volume data feeds into application layers • Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into software products • Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases • Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Proficiency with containerization and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Exceptional analytical skills • Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical teams and business stakeholders • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling • Preferred: familiarity with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ and API-driven MFT integrations • Preferred: experience with DevSecOps and data compliance • Preferred: experience supporting, designing, or enabling AI-ready architectures and workflows • Preferred: familiarity with healthcare data, HIPAA, and healthcare insurance feeds
