📋 Description

• Support the cross-business strategy and operations function within Diversified Commercial Solutions • Enable strong execution to meet business goals and financial targets • Foster a culture of growth and innovation • Report directly to the DCS Chief of Staff and partner with DCS leadership stakeholders • Run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution • Enable transparency of financial health and progress through the DCS management process • Manage recurring deliverables, reporting cadences, and selected ad hoc projects • Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, including the cross-sell strategy, end to end • Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment • Create content for internal forums and high-visibility external events

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field • Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences • Resourceful operator demonstrating ownership and strong accountability • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Successful track record collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures preferred • AI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools to supplement work capacity preferred • Bachelor's degree in a business field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing or equivalent work experience • Availability to work east coast hours preferred
