📋 Description

• Determine appropriate system setup for clients with Implementation Managers, Product Development, Network Operations, and other teams • Analyze client requirements alongside internal processes to determine viable setups • Structure group setups in the Meritain system for vendor partners, analytics vendors, client billing, and reporting • Consult and communicate with internal staff regarding new business and revision activity • Complete timely and accurate setup of complex account structures and detailed benefit plans • Monitor and manage the internal installation process and maintain case tracking • Run ad hoc data programs to streamline setup of group and eligibility files • Audit customized group enrollments using ad hoc data programs • Maintain data files for monthly group reporting while following PHI guidelines • Run monthly reports for clients and brokers • Participate in testing enhancements and changes to ER/EO/GIM data files

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years healthcare industry experience with benefits interpretation • High school diploma • Salesforce experience preferred • Detail oriented • Highly organized • Strong communication skills • Bachelor's degree preferred
