📋 Description

• Implement an all-product quality management strategy meeting internal and external constituent expectations for demonstrating quality outcomes • Link quality management activities to business goals using innovation, integration, and information • Participate in developing and implementing Quality Management work plans and activities • Achieve day-to-day objectives for the Health Care Quality Management function • Condense complex data into clear and precise information while working independently • Assist with QM projects and activities • Convert data analysis results into meaningful business information and disseminate conclusions about departmental performance • Document QM activities to demonstrate compliance with business, regulatory, and accreditation requirements • Make outbound member calls to provide assistance obtaining services, including reminders, appointments, and transportation arrangements • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to achieve operational targets • Prepare QM documents according to business requirements • Report business information to internal and external constituents and consult on solutions for emergent issues

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Louisiana (LA) • 1-2 years of prior clinical and/or managed care experience or quality management experience • 3-4 years' work experience • 1-2 years’ experience developing presentations and working with data • High School Diploma/G.E.D (REQUIRED) • Extensive Microsoft Excel experience (PREFERRED) • Prior experience in the healthcare industry (PREFERRED) • HEDIS knowledge (PREFERRED)
