📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of healthcare management professionals • Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and performance oversight • Implement utilization management policies and best practices • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve member outcomes • Support recruiting, training, and employee development • Drive operational, quality, and financial performance goals • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor • Work within a 24/7 Utilization Management operation • Participate in holiday rotation based on business needs • Travel occasionally, less than 5%, for audits and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence • 3+ years of adult acute care nursing experience • 1+ year of Utilization Management experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Associate degree required • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred • BSN preferred • Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone preferred • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as Utilization Management is a 24/7 operation • Participation in a holiday rotation, up to two holidays annually, based on business needs • Occasional travel, less than 5%, for audits and meetings
