📋 Description

• Process authorization and prescription requests for the Enteral Nutrition department • Ensure all documentation is accurate before shipping orders • Process new patient orders • Update electronic medical records • Work with the Patient Admissions department to help bring patients on service with the Company

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with data entry • Experience working in Microsoft Office programs • Prior DME experience • Previous Customer Service experience • Basic math skills • High School diploma or GED • Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred) • Home infusions or durable medical equipment (DME) experience (preferred) • Experience working with healthcare insurance (preferred)
