📋 Description

• Coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program • Apply critical thinking and clinical knowledge to support clinically appropriate treatment, evidence-based care, and medical necessity criteria • Provide care coordination, support, and education using care management tools and resources • Visit members in Maricopa County, Arizona • Travel within Maricopa County up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting • Active RN license, valid in the state of Arizona • Must reside in Maricopa County, Arizona • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Maricopa County, Arizona • 2+ years of experience in case management • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word • Previous experience collaborating with medical professionals • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Associate’s degree required • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
