📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand, single-session consultations • Conduct clinical assessments, action and safety planning, triage, and informational services • Provide immediate mental health support via phone, video, and chat • Leverage advanced technology platforms to connect members with appropriate solutions • Type and document information accurately in real time • Navigate intranet systems and other tools to support call handling • Use chat and instant messaging tools for team support • Review email communications regarding plan sponsor information, process changes, and department information • Multitask while engaging with members • Protect member confidentiality according to enterprise and EAP policies • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation meeting regulatory and risk management requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license to practice per state regulations in the state of residence; one or more of LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, or Clinical Psychologist required • Availability for 24x7x365 call center coverage; holiday coverage may be required • Separate distraction-free workspace with a closing door • Double monitors and headset • Hardwired reliable internet • Minimum home internet download speed of 400 Mbps and upload speed of 10–20 Mbps • Broadband or fiber connection; DSL, satellite, and cellular internet are not accepted • Four-port modem with the fourth port used for work internet • Master’s Degree in behavioral health counseling profession • Strong computer and literacy skills • Experience or familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing • Preferred: 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience • Preferred: Call center work experience • Preferred: Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone • Preferred: Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations, and relationship concerns
