📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand, single-session consultations • Conduct clinical assessments, action and safety planning, triage, and informational services • Provide support through phone, video, and chat • Use advanced technology platforms to connect members with appropriate solutions • Type and document information accurately in real time • Navigate intranet systems and tools to support call handling • Use chat and instant messaging tools for team support • Review email communications regarding plan sponsor information, process changes, and department information • Multitask while engaging with members • Protect member confidentiality under enterprise and EAP policies • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation meeting regulatory and risk management requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license to practice per state regulations in the state of residence; accepted licenses include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, or Clinical Psychologist • Master’s Degree in behavioral health counseling profession • Availability for 24x7x365 call center coverage; holiday coverage may be required • Separate distraction-free workspace in a room with a closing door • Double monitors and headset • Hardwired, reliable broadband or fiber internet • Minimum home internet download speed of 400 Mbps and upload speed of 10–20 Mbps • Four-port modem with the fourth port used for work internet • Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing • Call center work experience • Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone • Strong rapport-building skills • Experience facilitating positive behavior changes • Strong computer and literacy skills • Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations, and relationship concerns
