📋 Description
• Plan, conduct, and document detailed and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations. • Gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and review pertinent documents and records. • Ensure investigations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies. • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for resolution. • Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 7 years of relevant overall experience • At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel)
