📋 Description

• Acquire new members through inbound and outbound calls • Assess customer needs using probing questions and listening skills • Demonstrate products and services • Service existing members and handle inquiries about product utilization and benefits • Cross-sell ancillary and other applicable products • Retain existing members • Use a computer while interacting with prospects and members by phone • Capture relevant information in the CRM system • Meet sales, conversion, and cross-sell goals • Contact prospective members within performance-plan time limits • Achieve member-retention targets • Deliver high member satisfaction • Develop expert understanding of company products, services, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree OR 1 to 2 years’ experience selling multiple Medicare products, including Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement • Life & Health insurance license required within 2 attempts and/or 60 days from employment start date • Active use of computer for daily job activities • Ability to multitask while talking on the phone • Excellent communication and listening skills • Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to control emotions when dealing with unhappy customers • Adaptability to a high-pressure, achievement-oriented environment • Drive to build, manage, and grow a book of business • High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations without a calculator • Ability to pass annual AHIP certification, continuing education, product certification, security and compliance, client/carrier certifications, and required CMS certifications • Ability to maintain knowledge of CMS and state regulations
