📋 Description

• Lead technology product strategy and execution for admission prevention and patient segmentation • Partner with healthcare delivery leadership on end-to-end care models to drive admissions prevention • Optimize care coordination and develop or implement patient risk stratification models • Define care model strategy with CVS Healthcare Delivery stakeholders • Drive cross-functional technology teams to identify and execute technology solutions • Establish shared outcome metrics tied to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance • Lead multidisciplinary teams of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers • Translate clinical ideas into problem statements, product specifications, and Epic/technology architectures • Integrate external data sources with internal Epic workflows to provide clinicians with actionable insights • Own the technology lifecycle from problem discovery through solutioning, build, deployment, and outcome realization • Establish continuous feedback and iterative improvement cycles • Scale solutions across Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service delivery environments • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing product team • Lead and mentor cross-functional Epic, engineering, and data science teams • Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, problem-solving, joy, and high engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation, specifically Epic • Expertise with value-based care models and Epic as a core care delivery platform • Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and module configurations • Ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build • Understanding of how external health data enriches EHR clinical workflows • Deep familiarity with clinical operations and Quality Improvement methodologies • Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care constructs and Fee-for-Service operational dynamics • Knowledge of medical cost initiative care pathways • Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale technology-backed clinical interventions • Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways • Proven ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders and frontline team members • Exceptional analytical rigor and ability to frame ambiguous clinical challenges into structured problem statements • Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, optimism, and rigor • Graduate degree and/or clinical background (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA) preferred
