📋 Description

• Lead and manage multifaceted strategic projects and programs • Ensure projects meet business objectives, agreed metrics, and deliverables with due dates • Advise leadership on project status, risks, and recommended actions • Develop strategies to manage and monitor Network Medical Affairs team performance • Evaluate performance and impact, identify lessons learned, and implement best practices • Engage cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities • Develop analyses, presentations, and reporting materials for performance monitoring and improvement initiatives • Socialize work to stakeholders across the enterprise • Navigate a highly matrixed, collaborative work environment • Identify and solve management and business problems • Ensure consistent, efficient, and cost-effective processes, procedures, and accountability • Facilitate clinical strategy development and implementation of innovative projects • Identify opportunities, drive execution, and monitor performance to achieve value-based care, clinical, and cost-saving outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 10+ years of work experience • 3+ years of healthcare experience, including value-based care and managed care • Data analytics skills • Planning, delivery, and execution skills • Proficiency with business intelligence software such as Power BI and Tableau • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Problem-solving and decision-making mastery • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others • People leadership experience • Project management experience or certifications preferred • Experience in a highly matrixed organization preferred • Master’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience in the managed care environment preferred • Ability to work within any U.S. time zone and align working hours with team/business needs
