📋 Description

• Negotiate pharmacy benefit contracts with employer plan sponsor clients • Support sales teams on new business initiatives • Provide advice to business colleagues on day-to-day matters • Collaborate with colleagues throughout the Legal department • Collaborate with government affairs, regulatory affairs, client audit and underwriting departments • Communicate with PBM clients, benefit consultants and attorneys

🎯 Requirements

• Actively practicing attorney with 5+ years demonstrated experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting • Experience with healthcare or other regulatory matters • Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts and/or interacting with government regulators or agencies with respect to healthcare matters • Admitted to practice law in at least one state and in good standing • Ability to travel up to 5% (including by plane) • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations • Experience in a PBM or health plan/insurer environment • Experience in litigation or dispute resolution • Experience managing and/or collaborating with outside counsel • Bachelor’s degree required • Juris Doctor (JD) required
