📋 Description

• Serve as the main operational contact point for clients and internal stakeholders • Lead a matrix of roles to align client success strategy with projects and resources • Partner with senior account management and client leadership to maintain visibility of client priorities • Have critical client conversations about resolution timing, expectations, and unmet requests • Prioritize competing work demands and communicate priorities and handoffs • Lead program implementations across member outreach, data ingestion, reporting, and network activation • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Reconcile client deliverables against SOW requirements • Document client requirements for program success • Oversee client meeting documentation, including data entry, minutes, and action items • Oversee client direct mail and email campaigns • Manage ad-hoc reporting projects and monitor program success • Forecast and communicate updates and escalations to internal stakeholders • Submit and track tickets for client requests • Manage internal tracking, documentation, and response formulation for member grievances • Provide backup account coverage when the Client Success Executive is absent • Lead regular cross-role meetings to track and communicate work • Manage team utilization, project alignment, and resource allocation across matrixed teams • Present complex concepts to clients using clear data presentation, speaking, and writing • Oversee delivery and accountability for client-facing deliverables, custom data, reporting requirements, and program metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, operations management or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training instead of a formal degree • 4+ years of healthcare account operation experience managing complex programs with high executive visibility • 1+ years of experience planning, resourcing and executing client-visible projects across product, technical and delivery teams • 1+ years of experience motivating across teams to achieve a goal, including building and mentoring colleagues • Strong client communication skills, including delivering bad news while maintaining a strong working relationship • Ability to learn details quickly to coach others or solve complex problems • 1+ years of experience tying operational solutions to client or process problems • Ability to travel 3–4 days up to 6 times a year • Experience as primary facilitator and presenter to clients and matrixed teams several times a week over 2+ years • Proven track record of reviewing and organizing data in Excel • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) • Preferred: knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plan structures • Preferred: 1+ years of experience with healthcare risk and quality standards • Preferred: understanding SQL data structure and queries • Preferred: use of AI agents to find answers in data • Preferred: understanding of STARs, CAHPs, and HEDIS • Preferred: 1+ years of expert knowledge of client data use in Signify programs • Preferred: 1+ years of documented expert knowledge of Member Journey materials in Signify programs
