📋 Description

• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform • Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange • Leverage healthcare standards such as FHIR and C-CDA to establish connectivity between internal products and external systems, including EMRs and HIEs • Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients • Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, clinical, legal, and client stakeholders • Report to the Lead Director, Data Product, within the technology organization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience, including 4 or more years specifically in product-based roles, with significant focus on data products or platforms • Prior healthcare technology experience • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience • 40 hours per week
