📋 Description

• Operate an agile-based SDLC for project or application teams comprising development and business resources • Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, promote collaboration, and support the Product Owner • Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective implementation of the Scrum framework • Apply and adapt project management techniques to support planning, coordination, and tactical execution of IT projects • Coach and mentor development and business managers/leads on agile methodology throughout the project development life cycle • Counsel Scrum teams on agile principles and values to support self-organization and continuous learning • Interpret agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track key information and monitor team progress • Utilize Agile tools for day-to-day Scrum activities • Develop actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality • Develop stakeholder communication strategies and incorporate feedback into process improvements • Facilitate the Scrum process and support the Scrum team • Implement sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools • Coach team members, stakeholders, and Product Owners on agile values, principles, and practices • Interface with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to buffer potential obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ work experience • 2-5 years’ experience as Scrum Master • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills • Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Scrum Master Certification • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred • Experience in Healthcare industry • Understanding of software development • Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications • Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. • Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting • Ability to operate primarily based on the Eastern Time Zone
