📋 Description

• Carry out and facilitate Scrum events • Remove impediments and promote collaboration • Support the Product Owner and drive continuous improvement • Ensure effective implementation of the Scrum framework • Support planning, coordination, and tactical execution of IT projects • Operate an agile-based SDLC for project or application teams • Coach and mentor development and business managers/leads on agile methodology • Maintain process documentation • Ensure teams practice core agile principles • Utilize Agile tools for daily Scrum activities • Coach team members on agile values, principles, and practices • Interface with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders • Update agile tracking systems for Product and Sprint Backlogs • Develop analytics-based insights and report on productivity, velocity, and quality • Recommend process improvements and support best-practice changes • Assist with communications and information transparency • Facilitate story selection, task definition, impediment removal, conflict resolution, and sprint-goal delivery • Empower teams to self-organize and improve productivity • Ensure increments are potentially shippable • Plan development schedules with critical paths, dependencies, and milestones • Manage project plans and schedules within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters • Adapt plans, schedules, and resource forecasts to emerging requirements, dependencies, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of work experience • 2-5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration, communication and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Scrum Master Certification • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Ability to work primarily based on the Eastern Time Zone
