📋 Description

• Connect with members through outbound and inbound calls • Communicate with members via video conferencing and/or SMS • Answer questions and resolve member issues • Provide holistic education on benefit usage, plans, claims, medical, dental, prescriptions, and value-added services • Advocate for Medicare members and help navigate health plan benefits • Conduct high-touch omnichannel outreach campaigns • Document and track member contacts • Educate members on self-service options • Respond to inquiries from Medicare Advantage members • Follow campaign guidelines and exceed member expectations • Take ownership and follow through on commitments • Work in a team and production-based environment to deliver service

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience in any line of business • Ability to creatively solve members’ problems and desire to help and advocate for them • Problem-solving with demonstrated ownership qualities • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and listening skills • Window based application knowledge • High School Diploma or GED • Preferred: Proven leadership skills • Preferred: Ability to de-escalate situations • Preferred: Effective communication and documentation skills • Preferred: Ability to quickly learn new skills and apply them • Preferred: Demonstrated multitasking and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Healthcare and medical terminology knowledge • Preferred: Medical billing and claims process experience • Ability to work in a metric-based production environment • Ability to navigate multiple computer-based systems • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
