📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13+ • Practice at the top of licensure with support from the clinical care team • Build and grow the MinuteClinic mental health practice • Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling • Use virtual therapy delivery and electronic health record systems • Support continuity of care for patients • Collaborate with the clinical care team and patients’ communities

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC/LCMHC, or LMFT • Must be licensed in Texas or Florida • Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Comfortable using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Strong crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
