📋 Description

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and needs • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches • Provide remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups • Use evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other client-tailored methods • Stay current with mental health research and integrate applicable findings into practice • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines and practice standards • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic client care • Participate in professional development opportunities • Maintain accurate client records, therapy documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes • See patients ages 6 and older in person and via telehealth • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field • Valid state license to practice as a therapist (e.g., ACSW, AMFT, APCC) • Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities • Proficiency in providing remote therapy sessions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ethical framework and respect for client confidentiality • Suitable home office setup ensuring client confidentiality and a professional telehealth environment • Must accommodate up to 35 patients on the schedule • Must see patients ages 6 and older, both in person and via telehealth • Successful pre-employment drug screening and background check
