📋 Description

• Design and develop training programs and learning materials for adult learners • Create virtual, in-person, and self-paced online training • Use modern learning techniques such as microlearning and gamification • Translate complex topics into clear, practical learning experiences • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance goals • Manage training projects and communicate progress to leaders and business partners • Review learning data and feedback to improve training effectiveness • Support instructional designers by providing insights on different learning styles and audience needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or adult education • Strong collaboration and consulting skills • Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset • Creative thinker focused on improving learning experiences • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using data and metrics to make recommendations and drive improvements • Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training • Experience conducting train-the-trainer sessions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual meeting tools • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
