📋 Description

• Complete comprehensive analyses of operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement areas • Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added activities • Analyze operational data to generate insights and support decision-making • Configure reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate operational performance and trends • Communicate industry trends, emerging technologies, and operations best practices to stakeholders • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to contribute ideas and solutions • Identify areas of concern and recommend corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • 3 to 5 years of prior relevant work experience required • At least 3 years leveraging data visualization tools such as MS PowerPoint and Excel • Ability to support and manage multi-faceted initiatives and prioritize time allocation effectively • High level of integrity, independent judgment, and initiative • Strong, high-quality execution to meet deliverables and timelines • Ability to handle deadlines and competing priorities • Understanding of metrics, measurement of activities, productive work, rates, value/savings validation, business cases, and business models • At least 3 to 5 years working collaboratively with pharmacy operation teams preferred • At least 3 years leveraging data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau preferred • Ability to interact with senior leaders and management to clarify requirements and business needs preferred • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment preferred • Flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities preferred • Ability to apply innovative approaches to initiative delivery preferred
