📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders • Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and deliver measurable business value • Work across business and technology teams to identify opportunities and define solution strategies • Optimize processes and lead successful execution of complex initiatives • Lead discussions with executives and facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Manage initiatives from concept through implementation • Support business systems that enable organizational success • Shift between consultant, analyst, project lead, administrator, and problem solver based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, operations, business systems, project leadership, product ownership, or a related field • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience managing projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives from planning through implementation • Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all organizational levels without direct authority • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing business applications and technology solutions • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and organizational change initiatives • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Operations, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
