• Build long-term business relationships with clients and serve as a trusted technical adviser • Drive adoption of Claro’s services and close enterprise opportunities • Present Claro’s value proposition, technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to executives, technical managers, and engineers • Design and implement solutions for digital transformation services, managed IT services, software factories, application modernization, AI and automation, and cloud solutions • Provide technical support for sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products and services • Lead technical discussions to identify business and technical needs, issues, and priorities • Design technical solutions involving new and emerging technologies • Serve as senior technical advisor for complex strategic pursuits and mentor junior team members • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, implementation, and delivery teams • Gather requirements, facilitate architecture discussions, and plan digital transformations • Develop strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities • Design scalable, secure solutions across application modernization, custom software development, cloud migration, DevOps, AI, automation, and managed IT services • Define modern software engineering practices, including Agile, quality engineering, CI/CD, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and observability • Guide customers on API-first design, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud-native development, and application refactoring • Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures, technical specifications, and implementation approaches • Develop current-state and future-state transformation roadmaps • Provide technical recommendations influencing strategic decisions • Support customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings • Create proposals, bids, solution presentations, proof-of-concepts, and demonstration environments • Lead proof-of-concepts and communicate recommendations • Participate in RFP responses, contract renewals, sales forecasting, revenue planning, and non-standard requirements • Contribute to pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and contract terms • Meet or exceed revenue and business development objectives • Collaborate with technology providers and engineering organizations to develop customer solutions • Participate in customer reviews and solution assessments • Maintain solution architectures, implementation plans, technical documentation, standards, and best practices • Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, certifications, and competitive offerings • Travel as required to support sales and solution delivery
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications required • Master’s Degree preferred • 7–9 years of experience in complex solutions required • 7–9 years of progressive experience across software engineering, solution architecture, technology consulting, or digital transformation required • 1–3 years of prior hands-on software development experience required • Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams • English (High proficiency)
• Remote work • Travel as required to customer locations, partner sites, industry events, and business meetings • Master’s Degree preferred
