📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress • Conduct functional, end-to-end, regression, API, integration, cross-browser, and responsive UI testing • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality releases • Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, stability, and execution efficiency • Ensure testing complies with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and other applicable standards • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with clear quality gates using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Ensure test traceability, coverage visibility, and alignment with release processes • Leverage agentic AI tools to accelerate test authoring, self-healing test maintenance, and defect analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software testing experience • 3+ years of relevant automation testing experience • 4+ years of hands-on development with JavaScript-based automation frameworks, including Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Jasmine, or Protractor • 4+ years of experience with API automation and REST API testing using Postman and RestAssured • Proven experience creating and maintaining test scripts and custom-designed testing tools and frameworks • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript • Experience with BDD/Cucumber for QA delivery • Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience • Preferred: experience in Pharmacy, Clinical Systems, or other healthcare domains • Preferred: experience within an Engineering Center of Excellence • Working knowledge of the healthcare domain is a plus • Familiarity with prompt engineering or building AI-assisted test automation pipelines • Strong problem-solving and strategic critical-thinking skills • Strong team player who takes ownership and communicates effectively
