📋 Description

• Define and drive the roadmap for multiple product areas, aligning vision with business goals and constituent needs • Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders across business segments, digital, and operational teams • Guide cross-functional engineering, UX, data science, and data teams through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement • Use data, research, and experimentation to identify pain points and opportunities • Translate strategic objectives into actionable features and user stories in a SAFe train structure • Manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to ensure timely delivery • Define KPIs and success metrics, generate insights, and drive iterative enhancements • Stay informed on digital health trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations • Define and refine user stories and prioritize the team backlog • Ensure features and components meet quality expectations and agreed standards • Serve as the primary approver for completed stories • Coordinate inputs across design, engineering, data, and operational partners to deliver digital and omnichannel experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in product functions, with a strong history of delivering health care products at scale • Background in health tech, digital health, or related fields • Deep understanding of member and colleague experience • 7 years of experience developing product strategies, influencing stakeholders, and managing complex roadmaps • 5 years of Agile/SAFe or similar methodologies and leading cross-functional ceremonies experience • 5 years of experience with professional communication and good business acumen skills • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences • 5 years of experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Experience in large, matrixed organizations • Familiarity with healthcare data and processes • Experience with data tools such as Jira, Adobe, and Miro
