📋 Description

• Turn data-driven insights into polished, executive-level storytelling • Advise senior technology leaders and advance an executive communication strategy • Enhance CVS Health’s reputation, support business objectives, and build positive relationships • Maintain an overview of technology executive visibility • Develop stories and insights that bring technology innovations to life • Track executive speaking engagements across a 12,000-person technology organization • Review talking points, decks, newsletters, and other communications for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and enterprise guideline compliance • Provide technology messaging guidance to communications peers • Own complex initiatives from kickoff through delivery • Build timelines, track dependencies, manage competing priorities, and keep senior stakeholders aligned • Partner with and report to the Director of Communications for the EVP, Ventures and Chief Experience and Technology Officer and the Ventures, Experience and Technology organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of editorial/communication experience in a large organization, media company, newsroom, or agency • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, PR, or something adjacent preferred • Portfolio demonstrating relevant work may substitute for the preferred degree consideration • Strong writing skills • Executive presence • Ability to deliver under pressure and handle last-minute pivots and redlined drafts • Strong organizational and project-management skills • Mastery of AP Style • Ability to work with senior executives • Ability to manage competing priorities and align senior stakeholders
