📋 Description

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion • Secure required resources and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools • Ensure projects are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget • Provide top-level project management guidance and mentorship • Adapt project management methodologies and best practices to project needs • Advise project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches • Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects aligned with organizational objectives • Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations • Benchmark project performance against industry standards, best practices, and KPIs • Review project deliverables, milestones, and timelines • Coach project managers and team members • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of work experience leading cross-functional team projects • Adept problem-solving and decision-making skills • Adept collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Business intelligence skills • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • Eastern or Central time zone preferred • Candidate may reside anywhere in the US
