📋 Description

• Oversee the Application Development team • Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems while ensuring business continuity • Implement AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and code quality • Integrate low-code/no-code platforms and business rules engines into development workflows • Drive technical innovation and make architectural decisions • Manage project portfolios, timelines, and resource allocation • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions and initiatives with business objectives • Lead and mentor developers working across legacy and modern applications • Develop and execute legacy-system modernization strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development • At least 5 years of management experience in application development • 3+ years of experience maintaining and modernizing legacy systems • 1+ year of experience using AI/ML tools in development • 3+ years of experience with a large public cloud such as GCP • 1+ years of experience with Docker/Kubernetes • Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and business rules engines • Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives • Expertise in modern development frameworks and languages • Understanding of cloud technologies • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience through a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
