📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of financial, economic, and strategic frameworks for clinical services initiatives • Support the multi-year enterprise capital planning process • Oversee and drive high-value projects shaping product and service delivery • Manage the ACS capital planning process and secure $100M+ annually for strategic investments • Collaborate with ACS leadership, Finance, and key stakeholders on funding guidelines and priorities • Optimize prioritization and utilization of resources across internal and external projects • Provide portfolio governance, status updates, and insights on ACS investment portfolio performance • Oversee scope management and backlog prioritization • Lead evaluation and development of business cases for new initiatives • Perform cost-benefit analysis and track value realization • Develop methods to measure actual performance against expected benefits • Lead change-management initiatives in large, complex organizations • Build senior-level relationships, influence strategic decisions, and present key findings to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial strategic analysis, business process consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic business planning • Proven leadership skills managing relationships and influencing senior-level stakeholders • Expertise in business process optimization, project management, and financial planning for enterprise-wide initiatives • Extensive experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proven individual contributor with a strategic mindset • Healthcare or healthcare insurance experience is a plus, but not required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Certifications or licensure in relevant disciplines are a plus
