📋 Description

• Shape the future of technology products enabling omnichannel fulfillment • Manage development of new product applications • Drive an iterative feature roadmap to improve existing applications and processes • Partner with users to understand user experience across the application portfolio • Work with distribution center leaders, vendor partners, and IT to understand processes and challenges • Drive improvements to supply chain processes and technology products • Balance business viability, technology feasibility, and user/customer desirability in the product portfolio roadmap • Investigate issues, validate system behavior, perform root cause analysis, and support data-driven decisions • Troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and drive accountability with third-party vendors and support organizations • Support software implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices • Lead or support user acceptance testing, test plan development, and commissioning • Support or implement warehouse automation and cloud transformation initiatives • Work within Agile delivery frameworks and use work management platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 35% nationwide to select CVS Distribution Centers • 5+ years of experience working with IT PMO or equivalent and managing/supporting large-scale technology projects • 5+ years of experience using SQL, reporting tools, and operational data for issue investigation, system validation, root cause analysis, and data-driven decisions • Understanding of relational databases, data models, interfaces, and system integrations • Understanding of warehouse management, fulfillment, distribution, inventory management, transportation, or related supply chain processes • Specific e-commerce experience required • 5+ years of experience working with third-party software vendors, consulting partners, and support organizations • Experience supporting software implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities in greenfield and brownfield environments • Ability to translate technical information for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices • Experience with user acceptance testing, test plan development, and commissioning • Proven project management skills • Experience supporting or implementing warehouse automation solutions, including conveyor, sortation, ASRS, robotics, or goods-to-person technologies • Experience leading or supporting cloud transformation initiatives and migrations from on-premises applications to cloud platforms • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or similar platforms • Experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) • Bachelor degree preferred • Equivalent experience required
